摘要
目的探讨引起新生儿社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的病原分布,指导临床防治。方法对2009年1月-2010年12月住院的137例诊断新生儿社区获得性肺炎患儿痰标本进行病原学检测。结果 137例CAP共检出阳性病例112例,总检出率81.8%。病毒检出68例,占检出病例60.7%,其中RSV检出最多,为30例,占病毒检出病例的44.1%,细菌检出40例,占检出病例35.7%,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌分别占前两位,分别占细菌检出病例的22.5%和15.0%。肺炎支原体(MP)检出11例,占阳性病例9.8%,CT检出1例,占阳性病例0.9%。结论病毒是引起CAP主要病原,其中RSV最常见;hMPV检出明显呈增多趋势;G-杆菌略高于G+球菌。
Objective To explore the distribution of the microorganism that caused community acquired pneumonia(CAP) of the new borns and direct the clinic prevention and therapy. Methods 137 phlegm samples of the new borus that diagnosed CAP in the hospital for microorganism from January 2009 to December 2010 were detected. Results 112 positive samples were found from 137 cases. The detectable rate was 81.8 percent. Virus positive samples were found in 68 cases( 60.7 percent of all the detected samples) , and the most popular virus was RSV in 30 cases (44.1 percent of all the detected samples ). Bacteria positive samples were found in 40 cases(35.7 percent of all the detected samples). The most popular bacteria detected in this research were colon bacillus and staphylococcus aureus rosenbach(22.5 percent and 15 percent each in all the bacteria positive samples). MP was detected positive in 11 cases (9.8 percent of all the detected samples) and CT was detected positive in only 1 cases (0.9 percent of all the detected samples). Conclusion Virus may be the main reason that caused CAP and RSV was the most popular among the virus caused CAP. hMPV became more and more popular now and G- bacillus was a little more popular than G + coccus in CAP.
