摘要
目的分析比较广西百色、广东深圳、广东广州3个产地的野生鸡血藤挥发油中的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法从鸡血藤藤茎中提取挥发油,利用GC-MS联用技术,结合化学计量方法对其化学成分进行定性和定量分析,用面积归一法计算各组分的相对含量。结果气质联用共鉴定了30个主要化合物。鸡血藤藤茎挥发油中的主要成分为十六酸、油酸、9,12-十八碳二烯酸。其中,广西百色的鸡血藤共鉴定出19种成分,占总峰面积的96.11%;深圳梧桐山的鸡血藤共鉴定出14种成分,占总峰面积的98.18%;广州三元里的鸡血藤共鉴定出18种成分,占总峰面积的99.17%。结论不同产地中鸡血藤藤茎挥发油的主要成分种类相似,但亦存在一定的差异。
Objective To analyze and compare the volatile constituents in Spatholobus suberectus Dunn of genuine producing area from Guangxi baise、The Wutong mountain of Shenzhen、Guangzhou sanyuanli.Methods The essential oils were extracted by steam distillation and then the constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS.The relative contents of essential oils were calculated with area normalization.. Results 30 main compounds were identified by GC-MS from the samples which conclude fatty acid , saturate diolefine and sterol.n-Hexadecanoic acid,Oleic Acid,9,12-Octadecadienoic acid..19 compounds were isolated and identified with a content of 96.11% in Guangxi baise;14 compounds were isolated and identified with a content of 98.18% in Shenzhen Wutong mountain;18 compounds were isolated and identified with a content of 99.17% in Guangzhou sanyuanli. Conclusion The results showed that the main compounds of the volatile constituents in Spatholobus suberectus Dunn from various habitats are similar, but there are some unique volatile constituents respectively. The study can provide the scientific basis for the further development of quality control from genuine producing area to domestic species.
