摘要
对浓香型有机窖泥和无机窖泥的微生物种类、感官情况以及水分含量、pH、氨态氮、有效磷、有效钾和腐殖质等主要理化指标进行对比研究。对有机窖泥培养的原料选择、窖泥配方、操作要点进行了论述。表明培养窖泥的实质一是培养泥中的优质有益菌类,二是为有益微生物创造一个良好的生长环境,使之能持续有效地生长。
For organic and inorganic mud pit of microbial species,sensory as well as moisture content,pH,ammonia nitrogen,phosphorus,available potassium and humus,and other major physical and chemical indicators were compared.Cultivation of organic mud pit material selection,formulation,operation points are discussed.That the real training pit mud mud in the first high-quality training beneficial fungi,and second,for the beneficial microorganisms to create a good growing environment so that it can continue to effectively grow.
