摘要
目的:掌握我市大学生艾滋病相关知识行为现况,评价感染艾滋病的危险程度,并制定有效的干预措施。方法:采用分层整群抽样方法,对一所本科院校和一所专科院校的801名学生进行自填式问卷调查,内容包括艾滋病基本知识、传播方式、预防措施、危险行为等。结果:被调查的大学生对艾滋病的三种传播途径知晓率均大于95%;15.60%自述发生过性行为,其中仅有16.00%在首次发生性行为时使用了安全套;有过性行为的大学生中分别有16.80%和10.40%存在多个性伴和商业性伴情况。结论:大学生具备一定的艾滋病知识和防病意识,但防护措施执行程度仍有不足,需采取措施加强对大学生的性道德教育,提高其自我约束能力,减少感染艾滋病的风险。
Objectives： To understand AIDS related knowledge and behaviors among college students in Shenzhen,and to evaluate the risk of AIDS infection so as to take effective intervention measures.Methods： Stratified cluster sampling was used to select 801 students from two colleges as survey subjects.Questionnaire were distributed to them,inquiring them about the AIDS basic knowledge,transmission paths,prevention measures and risk behaviors.Results： Ninety-five percent of surveyed college students knew about the three transmission paths of AIDS.15.6% of them reported to have sexual behaviors and 16.00% have used condoms in their first sexual behaviors.Conclusion： College students have possessed some AIDS Knowledge and prevention awareness,but their prevention measures are still insufficient.Measures should be taken to reinforce the sexual morality education for college students so as to enhance their self-discipline capabilities and to reduce the AIDS risk.
