一株珊瑚虫草菌丝培养物中天然色素的分离和高分辨质谱分析 被引量:3

Isolation and HPLC-HRMS analysis of a natural pigment from Mycelia of a strain of Cordyceps martialis

摘要 在一次对虫生真菌天然色素筛选过程中,发现1株珊瑚虫草分离菌株RCEF4022的菌丝体含黄色色素。采用半制备高效液相色谱方法从该菌甲醇提取物中分离纯化出1种橘黄色物质P-1。高分辨液质联用分析结果表明P-1的分子式为C30H18O12。经化学试剂显色反应以及波谱学方法鉴定,确定P-1为羟基蒽醌类色素2,2',4,4',5,5'-hexahydroxy-7,7'-dimethoxy-1,1'-bianthraquinone。该色素化合物尚属首次从虫生真菌中分离得到。 During screening for natural pigments from entomogenous fungi,mycelia of a strain RCEF4022 of Cordyceps martialis were observed to contain a yellow pigment.An orange yellow pigment named P-1 was ex-tracted from the mycelia with methanol and prepared with semi-preparative HPLC(High Performance Liquid Chromatography).High resolution MS analysis revealed that the molecular formula of the pigment was C30H18O12.The pigment compound was identified by color development reaction,Ms and UV as a dimeric an-thraquinone 2,2',4,4',5,5'-hexahydroxy-7,7'-dimethoxy-1,1'-bianthraquinone.This pigment was isolated from en-tomogenous fungi for the first time.
