摘要
对GLB120-27型螺杆泵半导程三维模型进行有限元计算,明确该型螺杆泵举升油液时的泄漏区位于密封螺旋带。通过对泄漏区进行三维模型压力传递规律的分析,确定了理论扬程;通过水力特性现场试验,验证了有限元模拟结果的正确性。
Half-lead 3D model of GLB120-27 has been calculated by Finite element method. The leak field of oil extraction progressing cavity pump is on a sealing spiral belt when oil is lifted by PCP. The theory head of GLB120-27 has been defined by studying the pressure transfer law of 3D model on the leak field. The finite element simulation results are correct by the oil extraction PCP hydraulic characteristics test.
