摘要
以BMPR-IB、BMP15、GDF9基因作为湖羊多胎性状候选基因,采用PCR-RFLP技术检测了53只湖羊上述候选基因的单核苷酸多态性。结果表明:湖羊BMPR-IB基因的FecB位点只存在BB和+B两种基因型,二者的基因型频率分别为0.981 1和0.018 9;B等位基因为绝对优势等位基因,基因频率为0.990 6。未检测到BMP15基因的B4(FecXB)突变和GDF9基因的G8(FecGH)突变。因此,推测BMPR-IB基因的FecB位点是湖羊多胎性的主效基因,而BMP15基因和GDF9基因与湖羊群产羔数关系不大。研究结果同时反映了所测湖羊群体是一个高度纯化的宝贵绵羊品种资源。
Selecting BMPR-IB,BMP15 and GDF9 as candidate genes for prolificacy trait of Hu sheep,their single nucleotide polymorphisms were genotyped in 53 Hu sheep by PCR-RFLP method. The results showed that there were only BB and +B genotypes on the FecB locus of BMPR-IB gene,and their frequency were 0.981 1 and 0.018 9,respectively. The B was absolutely preponderance allele,and its frequency was 0.990 6. The B4 mutation of BMP15 gene and G8 mutation of GDF9 gene were not found in the population studied. So,it was speculated that the FecB locus of BMPR-IB gene was a major gene for prolificacy trait of Hu sheep; but the BMP15 gene and GDF9 gene had to the little relationship to litter size of Hu sheep. And the results indicated simultaneously that the population of Hu sheep detected was a genetically highly homozygous valuable breed resource of sheep.
