一种木塑防霉功能母粒的制备及应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 木塑复合材料(WPCs)是近年来广泛应用的一种新型复合材料,兼有木材和高分子材料二者的优点,但同时也存在一个很大的弊端:易受霉腐真菌的危害。本文研制了一种木塑防霉功能母粒SD-28M,分析了其活性成分的耐热性、抗霉菌能力和对皮肤的刺激性,对添加此功能母粒的木塑的防霉性能、力学性能和对皮肤的刺激性进行了相关测试和应用研究。结果表明:SD-28M是一种方便添加、耐高温、防霉性能好、对木塑基本力学性能无影响和安全性较好的木塑防霉功能母粒。 Wood-plastic composites(WPCs) used widely in recent years is a new composite with both advantages of wood and polymeric material simultaneously. But it also has a big disadvantage that it can be infected easily by mouldy and rotten fungi. Therefore, an antifungal WPC masterbatch-SD-28M is developed in this paper. The heat-resistant, antifungal ability and skin irritation of SD-28M' s active ingredients are analyzed. Also, the antifungal, mechanical properties and skin irritation of WPC containing SD-28M were tested and studied. The results show that: SD-28M is an easy-using WPC masterbatch which has good heat resistance, favorable antifungal ability, better using safety and no influence on the basic mechanical properties of WPC.
