摘要
提出了一种基于计算机控制的压电超声马达谐振频率自动搜寻系统。在此系统中,首先使用计算机来产生一个频率可调的超声波驱动信号,然后通过对马达转数的检测,系统得到压电超声马达的最佳谐振频率值。试验证明本系统能够自动地查询到压电超声马达的最佳谐振点,并且,通过实验结果讨论了马达谐振频率与电路匹配状态对压电马达的影响。
This paper describes a piezoelectric drive circuit which can find the syntonic frequency of motor through scanning frequency region based on computer controlling.In this system,a frequency-adjustable ultrasonic drive signal is made by computer,then based on the motor' s revolution number,system can automatically find the syntonic frequency of motor.The experiment results show that this system can find the frequency autornatically,at the same time,this paper discussed the influence of syntonic frequency and circuit matching to piezoelectric motor based on experiment results.
