摘要
与铁氧体相比,所合成的有机磁性材料在很宽的温度范围内(-271.5~120℃)电感和磁性能十分稳定,在甚高频和微波频段磁损耗小,重量轻,无需高温烧结,易热压成型,且有良好的抗辐照和抗自然老化性能,最适于制作100~3000MHz频段的电子器件,它将填补铁氧体在甚高频及微波频段应用上受到一定限制的空白。
The inductance and magnetic performance of our organic magnetic material arevery stable within (-271. 5-120℃) wide temperature range as compared with ferrite. Its magnetic loss is small in VHF and microwave frequency band. The new type organic magnetic materialis of lightweight, low sintering temperature, can be easily hot pressed and shaped. lt has a goodanti-irradiative and anti-naturally-ageing per formances, and is most suited in the manufacture ofelectronic devices at 100-3000 MHz. It will fill in the gaps of VHF and microwave frequency bandwhere the use of ferrite is limited.
