摘要
某抗震实验室振动台基础为大体积混凝土,其预埋件的定位精度要求很高。为了满足后续工作要求,有针对性的采取了混凝土收缩变形控制措施,对原设计的预埋件钢支架做了优化,提出了可对预埋件进行三维微调的新施工方案。结果表明,新方案的实际施工控制效果很好,预埋件的安装精度达到了预定精度要求。
The base of shaking table in an earthquake-resistant laboratory is mass concrete with high precision embedded components.In order to make the installation of embedded parts in mass concrete meet the requirements of following processing work,measures to control deformation shrinkage of concrete were adopted.The supported steel brackets of embedded parts were optimized and a scheme for 3D fine-adjustment on embedded parts was proposed.The results show that the new scheme of supported steel brackets for embedded parts is effective for construction control and the installation nrecision of embedded harts can satisfied the designed reouirements.
