摘要
通过黄瓜中铅含量的重复性测试结果,计算实验标准差,分析并计算了测试过程中系统效应产生的不确定度分量的值,达到了对黄瓜中铅含量的测量不确定度的合理评定,并对合成标准不确定度进行了适度扩展,求出黄瓜中铅含量的安全的扩展不确定度。
The uncertainty of measurement in the GF-AAS determination of lead content in cucumber is analyzed.The main sources of uncertainty of measurement are determined.On the basis of the mathematical model and measurement process,this paper simplifies the individual uncertainties that systematic effect produces in the course of testing and calculates the value,obtains the combined uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty.
