摘要
热轧带钢头部卷取时冲击剧烈,对产品和设备都造成了严重影响。近年来许多新技术、新工艺在卷取机上广泛使用,对减缓带钢头部卷取冲击起到了显著作用。本文分析了带钢头部卷取时冲击力的来源,并介绍了当今控制带钢头部卷取冲击的一些先进技术。并对今后随着热轧产品规格外延后,进一步减缓带钢头部卷取冲击,以降低设备故障率,提高产品质量,提出了一些新的思路。
During hot rolled strip production, the dramatic impact of the head coiling on the products and equipment has caused serious repercussions. Some new technologies and new techniques have been applied on the coiling machine, which plays a significant role in reducing the coiling head impact of the hot rolled strips in recent years. In this paper, the impact source of strip head on the coi- ler is analyzed, and some advanced control technologies for impact of the head coiling strip are introduced. Considering with the future extension of hot--rolled products and specifications, some new ideas have been put forward for further reducing the impact of strip head coiling and then to decrease equipment failure rate as well as to improve product quality.
