摘要
目的:通过实验分析了解硫磺熏蒸中药材后二氧化硫的残留量。方法:采用《中国药典》2010年版一部二氧化硫的测定方法。结果:根据测定的黄芪、薏苡仁、百合、桔梗、白芍等药材,二氧化硫残留量最高达291.8mg/kg,最低64.1mg/kg。结论中药材经硫磺熏蒸后二氧化硫残留量差异较大,应引起重视,应尽快制定出相应的限量标准。
Objective: To analysis sulfur fumigation TCM sulfur dioxide residues in experiment. Methods: Applying Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition of a determination of sulfur dioxide. Results: According to determination, sulfur dioxide in astragalus, coix seed, lily, campanulaceae, white peony root and other herbs were higher to 291.8mg/kg, and minimum 64.1mg/kg. Conclusion: The difference in sulfur fumigation TCM sulfur dioxide residues were comparatively large, which should be attention and as soon as possible to develop appropriate standards.
