纵观当今全球的先进企业和公司，都正面临着新一轮供应链的革命与物流管理的复兴。随着信息管理系统、电子商务、IT运维等先进管理技术的应用，使得供应链和物流管理发展迅速。然而结合世界商业发展的新趋势和新环境，以“绿色”物流为主导的新概念物流革命正悄然打响。企业的发展趋势正朝着节能、环保、可持续性迈进。新的供应链和物流管理的变革在海洋石油企业的发展战略中，同样至关重要。由于海洋石油企业自身的特殊性和生产作业的多样性，企业应结合自身特点在新的“绿色”物流革命中找寻出路，从而提升企业的竞争力。本文将简单介绍现代企业的供应链和物流管理的基本理论以及“绿色”物流在海洋石油企业的发展趋势。
Review current global advanced enterprises and companies, are all facing a new round of supply chain revolution and logistics management renaissance. Along with the information management system, e-commerce, IT operation and maintenance etc advanced management technology application, it makes that supply chain and logistics management are developing rapidly. However, combined with the new trend of development of global business environment, and a new ＂green＂ logistics as dominant new concept logistics revolution began quietly. Enterprise development trends are toward energy saving, environmental protection and sustainable ahead. The change of new supply chain and logistics management in the strategy of offshore oil enterprise is also very important. Due to the particularity of offishore oil enterprise itself, the diversity of production and operation, enterprise should find way to promote enterprise＇s competitiveness in the new ＂green＂ logistics revolution, according to its own characteristics. This article will briefly introduce the basic theory of modern enterprise supply chain and logistics management and the development trend of the＂green＂logistics in offshore oil enterprise.
