摘要
在研究宁夏1990-2008年间经济增长及产业结构变化与能源消费关系的基础上,依据IPCC2006年提出的各类能源消耗排放二氧化碳量的计算方法,分析了宁夏碳排放的演变过程与趋势。采用相关分析法研究了碳排放与经济增长及产业结构的关系,运用回归分析法预测了宁夏2020年的碳排放量。提出了优化能源结构,提高能源利用效率;调整产业结构,促进低碳型产业的发展;研发新技术、新工艺,降低碳排放;加强植被建设,提高碳汇能力等控制碳排放的对策。
The relationship between economic growth,industrial structure changes and energy consumption during 1990-2008 in Ningxia was discussed in this paper.According to computational method for carbon emission raised by IPCC2006,we analyzed the evolution and tendency of carbon emission in Ningxia,and studied the relation between carbon emission and economic growth and industrial structure.Then,we predicted the carbon emission in 2020,and put forward the optimizing the energy structure and increasing the energy efficiency;readjusting the industrial structure,and promoting the development of low carbon industry;researching new technology and techniques,reducing the carbon emission;strengthening vegetation construction,and increasing the carbon sink capacity.
