摘要
探讨为低温作用下的钢筋混凝土基础作特殊设计问题,当今中国正进入重化工业的高速建设阶段,石化、化工工程建设项目方兴未艾。化工气体、化肥工业等工程中都有超低温设备。低温设备传至基础的热传导问题实际上为不稳定传热问题,计算极为复杂,目前主要方法还是靠工程经验与基础的构造措施解决问题。这些构造措施都是在实践中行之有效的办法,同时又必须以热工验算为辅。文中结合个人的设计经验,简单总结了超低温下混凝土的性能,介绍了设有通风洞的超低温实体基础设计,并举例说明该方法在实际中的应用。
Now the China is going to the high-speed construction stage of heavy and chemical industry.The petrochemical and chemical industry engineering are in the ascendant.There are the ultralow temperature equipments in both chemical gas and chemical fertilizer engineering.It is just the destination goal for this paper.To design the concrete reinforced foundation under the ultralow temperature actions.The problem of thermal transmittance from ultralow temperature equipment to foundation is actually the unsteady transfer of heat.The calculation is very complex.At present the solution is mainly based on the engineering experience and the construction measure of foundation.These measures are effective in practice,at the same time,they are also should be checked by heating engineering(refrigerating)calculations.Integrated with personal experiences,the concrete properties within ultralow temperature were summarized,the design of ultralow temperature solid foundation with ventilating holes was introduced,and explains the application of this method was explained by examples.
