摘要
工业工程的专业特点决定其实践环节教学需要紧密结合生产实践,注重培养学生的科研及实践动手能力。本文通过构建各实践环节的培养实践能力的SD模型,分析学生创新能力培养影响因素及研究如何提高学生实践创新能力。
The internship and practical training implement of industrial engineering need to be integrated into practice, and the scientific research and practice ability of a student whose majoring industrial engineering should be trained. A SD cause--loop model of cultivate quality is constructed. Factors influencing the students practice innovation ability is interpreted and some strategy is proposed.
