摘要
采用磷酸二氢锌、酸式磷酸锰等为主要原料,加入适当的钙离子和磷化促进剂,研究了一种性能较好的锌钙系钢铁磷化液,检测了磷化膜的性能,探讨了磷化液的主要成分和磷化工艺条件对磷化膜质量的影响。结果表明,所形成的磷化膜成灰黑色,结晶细致、均匀,耐腐蚀性好,与涂层附着力好,工艺维护简单,沉渣少,适用于钢铁件涂装前的处理。
A new process of Zn - Mn phosphating process on steel with comprehensive properties was developed by using zinc dihydrogen phosphate and Manganese dihydrogen phosphate, etc as main materials and suitable Ca2 + and phosphating accelerator in the phosphating solution. The properties of the phosphating films obtained were test- ed. The results show that the phosphating films are grey - black and even - grained, and have good corrosion resist- ance and strong adhesion to coatings. The process has the advantages of easy maintenance and little sludge, and can be applied to the pretreatment of painting for all kinds of steel parts.
