CO_2加氢合成甲酸适宜工艺条件的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用浸渍-化学还原法制备负载型Cu基催化剂,在微型反应装置上进行了活性评价,考察了反应温度、压力、氢碳摩尔比、空速等工艺条件对催化反应的影响。结果表明,温度和压力对催化剂活性影响显著,升高温度,增加压力有利于提高CO2转化率、甲酸收率,适宜的氢碳摩尔比为4左右,空速范围5 000~11 000 h-1。 The supported Cu based catalysts were prepared by impregnation-chemical reduction method.Catalytic activities were evaluated on micro fixed-bed reactor.Effects of temperature,pressure,H2/CO2 molar ratio,space velocity on reaction were studied.Results showed that temperature and pressure affected catalytic activity obviously,the higher temperature and pressure were contributable to improve CO2 conversion and formic acid yield,suitable H2/CO2 ratio was about 4 and space velocity was 5 000~11 000 h-1.
