摘要
以YB355-2液力变矩器为例,针对变矩器内流场复杂、计算难度大的问题,利用Solidworks软件对液力变矩器内部流动计算域进行三维建模,并应用Fluent软件,将分块计算法与混合平面法相结合,模拟计算了液力变矩器的内部流场及各叶轮与整体性能参数,分析了流动特征。结果表明,该方法精度较高,与实际性能指标接近,对研制新型液力变矩器有指导意义。
For the difficulty of calculation caused by the complexity of internal flow field, the YB355-2 hydraulic torque converter is studied in this paper. The Solidworks software is used to establish a three-dimensional model of inter- nal flow calculation field. Combined with the block calculation method and the mixed plane method, the internal flow field of the torque converter and the performance of each impeller are simulated by using Fluent software. Furthermore, the o- verall performance is simulated with simulation method. Finally, the internal flow characteristics are analyzed. The re- sults show that the method has high accuracy and conforms to the practical performance index, which provides reference for the study of the new torque converter.
