银屑病性关节炎及类风湿性关节炎与B淋巴细胞刺激因子的关系 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨B淋巴细胞刺激因子(BLyS)在银屑病性关节炎(PsA)、类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者不同体液中的表达差异及其相关性。方法用ELISA法测定PsA、RA患者及健康对照者血清、关节液、尿液中的BLyS水平,并进行对比研究,将RA患者按照DAS28标准分为缓解期和高度活动期,分析BLyS与RA疾病活动度的相关性。结果 (1)PsA、RA患者血清中BLyS水平均高于健康对照者(P<0.05),两种疾病患者尿中BLyS水平与健康对照者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)血清中BLyS水平为RA患者>PsA患者>健康对照者;(3)RA患者关节液中BLyS水平>血清中BLyS水平>尿液中BLyS水平。(4)RA患者血清中BLyS水平与疾病活动度呈正相关(r=0.372,P=0.007)。结论 BLyS在PsA、RA的发病中起到一定作用,BLyS水平可能有助于评估RA疾病活动性。
