摘要
目的优化橡皮树叶中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法在进行单因素试验的基础上,以乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间作为因素,进行L9(34)正交试验。结果各因素对提取橡皮树叶总黄酮的影响为:料液比>提取温度>提取时间>乙醇浓度;提取总黄酮的最佳工艺为1∶6的50%乙醇70℃提取120min。在该工艺条件下,总黄酮的得率为8.5mg.g-1。结论该工艺条件经济可行,橡皮树叶总黄酮对.OH自由基有一定的清除能力。
OBJECTIVE The study aimed to optimize the technological condition of extracting total flavones from rubber tree leaves. METHODS Based on single factor experiment and with ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time as the test factors. L9 (34) orthogonal test was conducted. RESULTS The influences of 4 factors on the extraction results of total flavones from rubber tree leaves in order were solid-liquid ratio 〉 extraction temperature〉 extraction time 〉 ethanol concentration; The optimize technological condition of extracting total flavones from rubber tree leaves was 1 : 6 and 50% ethanol at 70℃ for 120min.The extraction rate of total flavones was 8.5mg. g^-1 under the optimum extracting conditions. CONCLUSION Extraction technology was economically feasible.The total flavones from rubber tree leaves has a scavenging action on hydroxyl free radical.
