摘要
公共事务管理专业培养的"职业人"需具备服务社会和公众较高的责任意识以及相应知识结构和现代管理能力。公共事务管理专业课程体系的构建,应立足于岗位群的职业核心能力培养,基于三大岗位群来搭建实用性的六大模块课程平台,通过树立开放的职业教育观,应用师生协同教学模式、创新职业能力主导的实践教学体系等途径,提高学生自主参与研究性学习的兴趣,实现培养具有职业核心能力人才的目标。
Professional people majored in public affairs management should possess a good sense of responsibility to serve the society and public and the knowledge structure required by the major as well as modern management capabilities. Thus, the value orientation of the curriculum system in public affairs management major should be based on professional core ability cultivation of working post groups. On the basis of three post groups, six practical curriculum module platforms are established to improve students' interest in participating in inquiry learning actively and then to realize the goal of cultivating people with professional core abilities by establishing an open vocational educational idea, student--teacher cooperation teaching mode and professional abilities oriented practical teaching system directed by.
