摘要
目的:比较经腹部超声(TAS)与经阴道超声(TVS)在异位妊娠诊断中的价值,提高异位妊娠的早期诊断率。方法:对本院2006年6月～2010年6月收治的235异位妊娠患者进行回顾性分析,比较2种超声检查方法的阳性确诊率。结果:TAS与TVS在异位妊娠中阳性确诊率比较结果显示,89例经TAS检查中相对稳定型36例,急诊型53例;79例经TVS检查中相对稳定型61例,急诊型18例;显示TVS诊断相结果更为准确,明显优于TAS(P<0.05)。结论:经过实际的临床检测,TVS比TAS诊断异位妊娠更准确,但两种检测方式各有优点,两者结合应用能有效提高阳性确诊率。
Objective：To compare the value of trans-abdominal ultrasound（TAS） and trans-vaginal ultrasound（TVS） in the ectopic pregnancy and to increase the early diagnosis rate.Methods：The hospital from June 2006 to June 2010 treated 235 admitted patients with ectopic pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively,compared the two methods of positive ultrasound diagnosis.Results：TAS and TVS in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy rate was relatively positive results,89 cases were relatively stable in the TAS examination,36 cases of emergency-type 53 cases;79 cases by TVS examination was relatively stable in 61 cases,18 cases of emergency;showed the results of TVS diagnosis with more accurate,better than TAS（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：After the actual clinical testing,TVS than TAS more accurate diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,but the two detection methods have their advantages,a combination of both applications can effectively increase the positive diagnosis.
