胰腺实性假乳头状瘤18例的CT表现与病理对照分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的分析胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT表现及病理所见,提高术前诊断水平。方法回顾性分析18例胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT表现,并与病理对照分析。结果 18例胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT表现为不同比例的囊、实性肿块,实性成分位于周边,大部分瘤体较大,有包膜,呈圆形、类圆形,分叶状。动态增强后实性部分呈渐近性强化,囊性部分始终无强化。结论胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT表现有一定特征性,综合临床一般术前能够正确诊断,并能很好的指导临床。
