异种(猪)脱细胞真皮基质治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤患者血清中TNF-α水平的变化 被引量:7

The Change of Serum TNF-α in the Deep-second-degree-burned Patients under the Treatment of Heterogeneous(Porcine) Acellular Dermal Matrix

摘要 目的研究应用异种(猪)脱细胞真皮基质(以下简称"猪基质")治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤患者血清中TNF-α水平的变化。方法收集我院2006年8月~2007年10月住院应用猪基质治疗的深Ⅱ度烧伤患者44例,所有患者入院后经简单清创后全部应用猪基质将创面覆盖,分别于伤后第1、3、7、10d抽取其静脉血并行血清TNF-α水平的测定。结果患者伤后第3d血清TNF-α水平显著高于伤后第1d血清TNF-α水平(P<0.01),且高于伤后第10d血清TNF-α水平(P<0.05);同时伤后第7d血清TNF-α水平高于伤后第1d血清TNF-α水平(P<0.05)。结论深Ⅱ度烧伤患者应用猪基质治疗后其血清TNF-α具有明显的变化规律,了解这一变化规律对于患者烧伤后应用猪基质治疗具有重要指导意义。 Objective To investigate the change of the serum TNF-α level in the patients suffered from deep second degree burns with their wounds covered with heterogeneous(porcine) acellular dermal matrix.Methods We collected 44 patients who were in our hospital from August 2006 to October 2007.All the patients were treated with their wounds covered by porcine dermal matrix after brief debridement of wounds.We drew blood from the postburn patients on the 1st,3rd,7th,10th day respectively to detect TNF-α level of serum.Results The level of serum TNF-α on the 3rd day was significantly higher than that on the 1st day(P 0.01),and it was higher than that on the 10th day(P 0.05).At the same time,the level of serum TNF-α on the 7th day was higher than that on the 1st day of postburn,which were significantly higher than that on the 1st day of postburn(P 0.05).Conclusions The results show that the level of serum TNF-α in the patients under the treatment of porcine acellular dermal matrix has an obviously curvilinear change,which is helpful for clinical healing.
