天津市百日咳家庭聚集性发病的传播特征研究 被引量:25

Transmitted features of family aggregation on pertussis in Tianjin

摘要 2010年天津市百日咳发病率显著上升,报告发病率(1.03/10万)与2009年(0.18/10万)相比上升了472%,同时监测到未到免疫接种年龄或未完成全程接种的婴幼儿(67.77%)为高发人群。天津市在加强个案管理的同时,开展了续发病例的主动监测,并监测到20起家庭聚集性发病事件。为此本研究对家庭内百日咳聚集性发病的传播特征进行了分析。
