摘要
针对目前国内外关于唇式密封圈的研究偏重于模拟而实验工作相对较少的现状,在油封密封试验机上对不同规格的油封密封圈进行相关实验,测量摩擦扭矩、腔体温度、泵吸量等参数,计算出摩擦力、泵吸率并分析摩擦力、腔体温度及泵吸率的变化特点。结果表明:在相同转速下,随着油封规格的增大,摩擦力的总体波动幅度呈现出减小的趋势,腔体油温在实验前后的温差也随之增大,泵吸率呈现出上升的趋势;对于新安装的油封,在轴速为2 000 r/min的条件下,运行1 h左右才会显现出泵吸效应。
In view of current situation about the study of lip seals focused on the simulation, while experimental work is relatively rare, related experiments of oil seals in different sizes were done on oil seal tester. Friction torque, chamber temperature, pumping amount were measured, the friction and pumping rate were calculated and the change characteristics of friction, chamber temperature, pumping rate were analyzed. The results show that, at the same speed, the friction decreases as the seal size increases, the oil temperature of chamber gap between before and after experiments increases, pumping rates show a upward trend ; for the newly installed seal, at the shaft speed of 2 000 r/min, it takes about an hour for the seals to show obvious pumping effect.
