摘要
通过对斑马鱼和赤子爱胜蚓的急性毒性试验,研究了硝唑尼特的生态毒性。结果表明,硝唑尼特在静水条件下对斑马鱼24 h LC50为2.312 mg/L、48 h和72 h LC50为2.033 mg/L、96 h LC50为1.968 mg/L,按鱼类急性毒性分级标准,硝唑尼特属高毒类物质;硝唑尼特滤纸法对赤子爱胜蚓24 h LC50为1.50μg/cm24、8 h LC50为0.81μg/cm2;自然土壤法对赤子爱胜蚓24 h LC50为119.44 mg/kg、48 h至第4天LC50为108.44 mg/kg、第7天LC50为98.45 mg/kg、第10天至第14天LC50为95.33 mg/kg,参照农药对蚯蚓毒性等级划分标准,属于低毒级。
The ecotoxicity of nitazoxanide was researched by the acute toxicity test in Brachydanio rerio and Eisenia foetida.The results showed that the LC50 of nitazoxanide in Brachydanio rerio in stagnant water was 2.312 mg/L at 24 h,2.033 mg/L at 48 h and 72 h,1.968 mg/L at 96 h,respectively,which demonstrated that nitazoxanide was high toxical material to fish.While the LC50 of nitazoxanide using filter paper method to Eisenia foetida was 1.50 μg/cm2 at 24h,0.81 μg/cm2 at 48 h,respectively.The LC50 using natural soil method was 119.44 mg/kg at 24 h,108.44 mg/kg at 48 h to 4 d,98.45 mg/kg at 7 d and 95.33 mg/kg at 10 d to 14 d,respectively,which demonstrated that nitazoxanide was low toxical material to earthworm.
