活性炭制备高色价米团花黄色素的工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用响应面法优化制备高色价米团花黄色素的工艺条件。在单因素试验基础上,根据Box-Behnken Design(BBD)试验设计原理采用4因素5水平的响应面分析法,依据回归分析确定各工艺条件的影响因素。分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用,得出影响米团花黄色素洗脱的因素的主效应关系为:液固比>洗脱时间>洗脱温度>乙醇丙酮比,最佳洗脱工艺条件为:洗脱温度38.62℃、洗脱时间40 min、乙醇丙酮比为11∶10(V/V)、液固比为25∶1(V/W),洗脱两次后米团花黄色素的洗脱率可达93.855%。在最佳工艺条件下,米团花黄色素色价由18.65(±0.23)提高到了852.77(±0.82)。 Based on single factor tests,the optimum production conditions of high colority yellow pigments from Leucosceptrum canum were obtained through Box-Behnken Design(BBD).The results showed that the order of factors affecting the elution rate of yellow pigments(Y) was liquid-solid ratioelution timeelution temperaturealcohol-acetion ratio,and the optimum elution conditions of yellow pigments were as follows: elution temperature 38.62℃,elution time 40 min,alcohol-acetone ratio 11∶10 and liquid-solid ratio 25∶1(V/W).Under such conditions,the two-time elution rate of yellow pigments from Leucosceptrum canum was up to 93.8550%,the colority of yellow pigments was from 18.65(±0.23) up to 852.77(±0.82).
