摘要
研究了预富集 石墨炉原子吸收法测定痕量镉的方法。用吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵 ( APDC)作配位剂 ,在 p H6.0的条件下 ,用 PA 31 8强碱性阴离子交换树脂捕集、抽滤分离 Cd APDC配合物 ,然后用 0 .1 mol L盐酸从滤纸上洗下树脂 ,得到可直接上机测定的悬浊液。与其它富集方法相比 ,该法简便快速。按空白值标准偏差的 3倍计算 ,在 1 5 0m L样品中 ,检出限为 0 .0 0 0 1 7ng m L。用这个方法测定了自来水中的痕量镉 ,当 n=5时 ,标准偏差为 0 .0 2 3~ 0 .0 5 8,回收率为 ( 98.3± 4 .4 ) %和 ( 1 0 0± 7.4 ) %。
A simple and sensitive method has been developed for the determination of cadmium in tap water. The cadmium were fixed on finely divided anion exchange resin as the complex with ammonium pyrrolidine(APDC)and the resin was collected on a membrane filter by filtration under suction. The resin was then suspended in 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid and the suspension was directly introduced into the furnace for graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry determination. The recoveries are(98.3±4.4)% and (100±7.4)%, respectively.
