摘要
优化设计是将最优化理论和计算技术应用于机械设计领域,为工程设计提供优化设计的方法。MATLAB优化工具箱具有编程工作量少、语法符合工程设计习惯的特点,文章应用MATLAB软件,以减速器体积最小为目标函数对齿轮减速器进行优化设计,并给出了优化设计实例,与原设计方案相比,取得了良好的优化效果。
Optimal design is an important design method which applies optimization theory and arithmetical technology in design field to offer project design.It is easier to program with optimization toolbox and its expression is accorded with project design well.In this paper,optimal design of gear speed reducer is conducted using MATLAB optimization toolbox,taking the minimal volume of gear speed reducer the objective function.The example of optimized design of gear speed reducer is given there after.Comparedwith the former project,it gets good optimization effect.
