摘要
合理安排燃气轮机的检修周期,对燃气轮机电站的安全经济运行有着十分重要的意义。根据燃机的运行特点,总结了影响燃机检修周期的主要因素;以主要影响因素为参考依据,根据等效运行时间(EOH)分析法,设立了燃机等效运行时间方程;针对惠州LNG电厂M701F型燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组特点,提出了基于EOH分析的燃机寿命评估法;根据EOH分析的结果,提出了检修策略的优化方案。
Reasonable arrangement of the overhaul period of gas turbine overhaul is very significant to safe and economic operation of gas turbine hydropower station. According to the operational features of gas turbine, the main factors influencing the overhaul period of gas turbine was summarized. According to equivalent operating hours （EOH） analysis, referring to main influence factors, the equivalent running time equation of gas turbine was constructed. Based on EOH analysis, aiming at the characteristics of MT01F gas-steam combined cycle units in Huizhou LNG Power Plant, the gas turbine life evaluation method was proposed. At last, according to the results of the EOH analysis, the optimization solution of overhaul strategy was proposed.
