小剂量甲状腺素片在早产儿喂养不耐受治疗中的价值 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨小荆量甲状腺素片对治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的，临床价值。方法60例合并喂养不耐受的早产儿随机分为两组．对照组仅为一般基础治疗，治疗组另外加用左旋甲状腺素片5μg／kg·d，监测治疗前及治疗7天后血清FT3、FT4、TSH水平及其它生化指标．同时观察两组患儿7天后的疗效。结果7天后治疗组患儿的血清FT3水平较同期对照组明显升高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；7天后治疗组患儿喂养不耐受症状明显改善，有效率与对照组比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论小剂量甲状腺素片对于改善早产儿喂养不耐受症状有一定的效果．可能与FT3水平的上升有关，值得临床推广。
