摘要
目的探讨三维彩超检查在妇产科中的应用。方法对我院2010年产科三维彩超检查的132例孕妇的检查结果进行分析。结果三维彩超检查异常者75.0%,主要是胎儿结构异常和脐带绕颈。结论三维彩超的敏感性及准确性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application of three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound examination in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Analyze examination results of the 132 cases of pregnant women who hospitalized in 2010 year and do examination using three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound.Results There were 75.0% abnormal patients after three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound examination,mainly fetal structural abnormalities and around neck.Conclusion The sensitivity and accuracy of three-dimensional ultrasound is high,which worthy of clinical application.
