LPS对正常和脾虚大鼠体温的影响 被引量:3

Influence of LPS on the Temperature of Normal and Spleen-qi Deficiency Rat

摘要 目的:比较LPS对不同状态大鼠体温的影响。方法:大鼠随机分为正常对照组、单纯发热组(正常+LPS)、脾虚发热组(脾虚+LPS)共3组,每组10只。脾虚发热组先用饮食失节+过度疲劳法复制脾虚模型,连续21天,每周末称量体重1次,并观察其外观行为表征变化。于造模第22天的上午8:00,脾虚发热组大鼠和单纯发热组大鼠腹腔注射LPS(80μg/kg),正常对照组注射等量生理盐水。分别于注射后30、60、120、180、240、330min测肛温,绘制各组平均体温曲线。结果:与正常对照组和单纯发热组比较,脾虚发热组大鼠在3周末的体重明显降低,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。较之正常对照组和单纯发热组,脾虚发热组大鼠第3周出现动作迟缓、神情倦怠、饮食减少、毛发不泽、倦卧、便溏等变化,外观行为变化积分值明显升高,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。与正常对照组比较,单纯发热组大鼠的体温在60、120、180、240、330min时均明显升高,脾虚发热组的体温在30min时有一过性降低,之后体温显著升高,其中在60、120、180、240min时的差异均具有非常显著或显著性意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);与单纯发热组相比,脾虚发热组大鼠体温在30、60、120、330min的体温降低,其差异均有显著或非常显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:LPS对正常和脾虚大鼠均可引起体温升高,但升高的体温在幅度和持续时间方面均有所不同。提示LPS引起机体发热的反应模式因机体状态而有所不同。 Objective:To compare the influence of LPS on the temperature of different state rat.Methods:The rats were assigned into the normal group,fever group,spleen-deficiency with fever group,10 rats in every group.The rats of the spleen-qi deficiency with fever group were treated with excess fatigue plus out of constant diet to copy spleen-qi deficiency rat model.The body weight are measured and the change of syndrome and autonomous behavior observed of each group on every weekend.At 8:00 am on the 22th day,The rats of the fever group and the spleen-qi deficiency with fever group were respectively intraperitonealy injected with LPS(80μg/kg)to induce fever.The ones of the normal group with physiological saline.The rectal temperature was measured at 30min,60min,120min,210min,270min,330min after LPS injection and the mean body temperature curve draw.Result:Compared with the normal and the fever group,the body weight of spleen-qi deficiency with fever group was decreased obviously at the end of 3w(P〈0.01) and manifested with abnormal change in the movement,emotions ennui,food intake,fur and fair unsmooth,loose stools,etc.Compared with the normal and fever group,the integral quantity of appearance behavior change was significantly increased(P〈0.01).Compared with the normal group,the rectal temperature of the fever group rat rises significantly at 60min,120min,180min,240min,330min(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01);the rectal temperature of spleen-qi deficiency with fever group has a transient decrease at 30min,then raised obviously at 60min,120min,180min and 240min(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Compared with the fever group,the rectal temperature of spleen-qi deficiency with fever group was lower in that the temperature curve was obviously reduced at 30min,60min,120min and 330min.Conclusion:The pattern of increasing temperature induced by LPS has a difference due to different organism state.
