摘要
目的：观察单侧联合进行窝沟封闭后封闭剂的脱落情况及防龋效果。方法：将我院2007年3—12月收治的120例进行窝沟封闭的儿童随机分为观察组（单侧联合封闭组）和对照组（常规单牙封闭组），各60例，对两组患儿分别进行为期2年的随访观察，比较两组患儿窝沟封闭剂的脱落情况和患龋率。结果：观察组0.5、1、1．5、2年时第一恒磨牙窝沟封闭剂脱落情况均较对照组明显降低（P〈0．01）。观察组患儿与对照组患儿0．5、1、1．5、2年时患龋率比较，差异均有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：采用单侧联合进行窝沟封闭可以降低封闭剂脱落率、提高封闭治疗效果、降低患龋率，值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the unilateral joint pit and fissure sealant after the shedding of the situation and the anti-caries effect. Methods： In our hospital from March to December in 2007, 120 patients were admitted between the pit and fissure in children were randomly divided into observation group （unilateral joint closed group） and control group （conventional single tooth closed group）, each 60 cases, the two groups of children were followed up for 2 years between the two groups of children off the situation and pit and fissure sealant prevalence of dental caries. Results： 0.5 year, 1 year, 1.5 years and 2 years off the first molar pit and fissure sealant year in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. 0.5 year, 1 year, 1.5 years, 2 years dental caries rate were significantly different in the observation group and control group （P〈0.01）. Condusion： Unilateral joint fissure sealant loss rate can be reduced to improve the closed treatment, reduce the prevalence of dental caries. It is worthy of clinical application.
