摘要
目的 探讨心先安在充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)治疗中的价值。方法 将 60例CHF病人分为治疗组和对照组各 30例。对照组用传统抗心衰药物治疗 ,治疗组加用心先安。治疗前后观察临床症状、体征 ,并检测超声心动图。结果 治疗组的总有效率 ( 80 % )显著高于对照组 ( 5 0 % ) (P <0 .0 1 ) ;两组治疗后左室收缩末径 (LVESD)、左室舒张末径 (LVEDD)均显著缩短 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;左室射血分数 (LVEF)明显提高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组LVEF改善程度高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 心先安对CHF有较好的临床疗效。
Objective:To determine the therapeutic effects of Meglumine cyclic adenosine monophosphate(MCAMP) on congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods:60 CHF patients were equally divided into MCAMP group and control group.Patients in control group accepted traditional drugs while those in MCAMP group received additional MCAMP.Clinical sympton and sign,as well as echocardiography were observed before and after the treatments.Results:The total effective rate of MCAMP group was higher than that of control group.In both groups after the treatment,LVESD and LVEDD were shortened(P<0.05)and LVEF was statistically raised.The mean value of LVEF in MCAMP group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:MCAMP is effective in the management of CHF.
