摘要
目的探讨糖尿病患者白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术后情况。方法对５２例（６４只眼）糖尿病患者行白内障囊外摘出后房型人工晶状体植入术，平均随访１０ｍｏ。结果视力为０．２～０．４者９只眼，０．５～０．６者１２只眼，０．７～０．９者２５只眼，≥１．０者１８只眼，术后并发症主要为前房渗出纤维膜、虹膜后粘连、眼压一过性增高。结论由于手术材料和手术方法的改进，大多数糖尿病患者已不再是人工晶状体手术的禁忌症，既使患轻度增殖性视网膜病变的糖尿病患者，施行后房型人工晶状体植入术也是安全的，并能取得满意的疗效。
Objective To observe the postoperative reaction to the extraction of calaract combined with implantation of intraocular lens in patients with diabetes.Methods 52 cases(64 eyes) of such like patients were performed the operation and followed up for 10 months.Results The vision was 0.2￣0.4 in 9 eyes,0.5￣0.6 in 12 eyes,0.7￣0.9 in 25 eyes,and better than 1.0 in 18 eyes.Exudative fibral coat in anterior chamber,posterior synechia,and temporary elevated intraocular tension were major postoperative complications.Conclusion With the improvement of operational method and equipment,most diabetics are not the contraindication of intraocular lens implantation any longer.The implantation of posterior chamber lens is proved safe and satisfied,even in patients with diabetics with mild prolifo rating retinopathy.
