平板DSA低剂量技术在冠状动脉造影中的应用 被引量:17

摘要 目的:探讨低剂量技术应用于平板DSA冠状动脉造影的可行性。方法:将70例似行冠状动脉造影的患者随机分成研究组(35例)和对照组(35例),研究组采用低剂量采集模式,对照组采用传统采集模式,其余扫描参数完全相同,对两组患者所接受的辐射剂量和图像质量进行对比分析。结果:研究组和对照组的累积剂量(CD)值分别是(210.26±58.58)和(388.74±141.30)mGy,剂量面积乘积(DAP)分别为(1929.82±585.29)和(2950.57±1058.12)cGy.cm2,实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组图像质量评分分别为(20.65±0.64)分和(20.83±0.57)分,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:低剂量技术可应用于冠状动脉平板DSA,值得临床进一步推广应用。 Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of clinical application of dose reduction mode in coronary angiography with flat panel digital subtraction angiography(DSA).Methods:70 cases planned to undertake coronary angiography(CA) were randomly divided into two groups:the study group(low dose group,35 cases) and the control group(routine dose group,35 cases).Dose reduction acquisition mode was used in the study group and conventional acquisition mode in the control group,the other parameters were the same.The radiation dose and the image quality were compared and analyzed.Results:The cumulative dose(CD) of these two groups were(210.26±58.58) and(388.74±141.30)mGy,respectively.The dose area products(DAP) were(1929.82±585.29) and(2950.57±1058.12)cGy·cm^2,respectively,which were significantly lower in the study group(P〈0.05).The score of image quality of these 2 groups were(20.65±0.64) and(20.83±0.57),respectively,with no significant difference(P〉0.05).Conclusion:The dose reduction mode with flat panel DSA could be used routinely in coronary angiography.
