摘要
本文结合笔者多年工程项目管理实践,从工程进度、质量、成本等方面详细阐述了在工程施工过程中运用现代管理思想,建立科学有效的管理体系,提升项目管理水平和经济效应的方法。重点阐述了管理工作中一些容易被项目管理者忽视的控制性问题。
Combining relevant theories with practical experience on construction project management,expatiation from different aspects is conducted including project schedule,construction quality,prime cost etc.In this paper,not only modern management concepts,but also the methods of establishing an influential system and improving net economic benefits will be discussed.Particularly,issues concerning project control,which are apt to be neglected by project managers,take up an essential status throughout the article.
