摘要 通过昆明铁路枢纽扩能改造工程K34+350~K37+700工程实例,介绍了多向水泥砂浆搅拌桩机加固软土地基的技术原理、设计要点、施工设备、施工工艺以及检测、试验与应用。实践证明:多向水泥砂浆搅拌桩的各项技术指标能够满足设计要求,能在高速铁路高填方软土地基加固中应用。 Through the practical engineering of capacity expansion project K34+350~K37+700 in Kunming Railway,the proprietary technology,design points,construction equipment and construction process of cement mortar multiple-direction mixing pile as well as its detection,test and application in soft foundation reinforcement are introduced in this paper.The practice proved that each technical index of cement mortar multiple-direction mixing pile meets design requirement,which can be applied in high-filled soft foundation reinforcement of high-speed railway.
