摘要
主要针对现有的Rainbow型和折叠型压电换能结构的不足,提出一种新型的具有较大变形能力,坚固的压电换能结构,即褶皱型复合式压电换能结构。主要对3种结构进行对比及对褶皱型复合式压电换能结构进行理论建模,并在理论上对褶皱型压电换能结构的参数对电势的影响进行分析。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行仿真分析,在相同条件下对比3种结构的变形,以及验证理论分析结果的正确性。
Aimed at the shortage of existing Rainbow and folded piezoelectric transducers,a new type of foldtype piezoelectric composite transducer structure is proposed. This structure has great capacity of deformation and firm construction. The paper focuses on the contrast among three structures, theoretical modeling of the fold-type piezoelectric composite transducer structure and analysis of the influence of the parameters on the electric potential. Simulation analysis is finished with ANSYS and deformation of three structures is contrasted to prove the simulation and verification for the structure.
