摘要 目的探讨1.5T MR兔坐骨神经DTI及纤维束示踪成像的最优b值。方法采用400~1400 s/mm2之间的6个不同b值对10只新西兰兔在1.5T MR上行32方向DTI,并进行纤维束示踪重建,测量并评价不同b值下纤维束数量、平均长度、FA、ADC、SNR,并由2名影像诊断医师对总体图像质量进行主观评分。结果 b=1000 s/mm2时纤维束数量和平均长度均高于其他b值,成像质量在6个不同b值图像中为最佳,与其他b值时比较差异有统计学意义;不同b值下纤维束FA差异无统计学意义;ADC和SNR随b值升高而下降。结论 1.5T MR兔坐骨神经DTI纤维束示踪成像的最优b值为1000 s/mm2。 Objective To investigate the optimal b value for DTI and fiber tractography of rabbit sciatic nerve at 1.5T MR.Methods Totally 10 New Zealand rabbits underwent MR DTI with 32 diffusion-encoding directions of sciatic nerve for six b values of 400—1400 s/mm2,and fiber tractography was performed.The number and mean length of fibers,FA,ADC and SNR at each b value were measured and assessed.Overall image quality was subjectively ranked by two diagnostic radiologists.Results The number and mean length of fibers for b value of 1000 s/mm2 were superior to that for other b values,and image quality for which was the best among images for 6 different b values,the differences among groups were significant.No significant difference of FA was found under different b values.ADC and SNR decreased with the increasing of b value.Conclusion The optimal b value for DTI and fiber tractography of rabbit sciatic nerve at 1.5T is 1000 s/mm2.
