大肠癌细胞中Oct4与CD133的表达及意义 被引量:4

Expressions of OCT4 and CD133 and their correlation in colonic cancer

摘要 目的探讨大肠癌细胞中转录因子Oct4及干细胞标志物CD133抗原的表达情况及相关意义。方法采取术后大肠癌石蜡包埋的组织标本30例,应用免疫组化的方法分别检测癌组织及癌灶外邻近正常组织中Oct4及CD133抗原的表达情况。结果其中83.3%(25/30)的癌细胞标本中检测到Oct4+细胞,73.3%(22/30)检测到CD133+细胞。而且标本中CD133+细胞的比例与Oct4+细胞的比例呈正相关(r=0.586,P<0.05)。癌灶外邻近正常组织中检测到CD133+细胞与Oct4+细胞均显著少于癌组织(P<0.01)。结论大肠癌细胞中均有Oct4与CD133的表达,两者呈现正相关性,提示两者间可能存在相互调节的机制,其关系及相关意义有待进一步研究。 Objective To investigate the expressions of Oct4 and CD133 and their correlation in colonic cancer.Methods The expression of Oct4 and CD133 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 30 colon cancer specimens and the paired adjacent tissues.Results The positivity rates of Oct4 and CD133 expression were 83.3%(25/30) and 73.3%(22/30) in colonic cancer tissue,respectively,and their expressions were positively correlated(r=0.586,P0.05).The matched adjacent tissues showed significantly lower levels of Oct4 and CD133 expressions(P0.01).Conclusion The expressions of Oct4 and CD133 are upregulated in colonic cancer compared with those in the adjacent tissues and show a positive correlation.Oct4 and CD133 may play an important role in the development of colon cancer.
