摘要
电费管理和核算是整个电力管理工作的中枢环节,在我国欠发达地区出现了一些漏抄和估抄农村用户的用电量、对于用户用电性质进行改变、对于用电类别进行改变、且"人情电"和"关系电"现象比较严重。,基于这个背景,文中论述了欠发达地区电费管理与电费核算现状,提出了加强我国欠发达地区的电费核算管理水平的建议。
The central part of the whole power management is the management and accounting of electricity tariff.Recent years,some phenomenon in less developed area is very serious,such as missing or estimating the electricity consumption,changing the electrical properties and types,and giving ＂human electricity＂ and ＂relationship electricity＂.Based on this,the current situation about management and accounting of electricity tariff in less developed area was discussed in this paper,and then the suggestion about enhancing management level is carried out.
