缝合复合材料泡沫夹层结构侧压剪切力学性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 选用3种相同材料制造的夹层结构形式未缝合、锁式缝合和达夫汀缝合复合材料泡沫芯夹层结构,进行了侧压和剪切实验,研究了缝合方法对缝合夹层结构力学性能和破坏模式的影响.试验数据和观察结果表明,泡沫夹层结构缝合后较未缝合在侧压和剪切的强度刚度均得到了极大提高.而不同的缝合方法对结构强度和模量改变是不同的.达夫汀缝合方法在提高剪切强度和模量优于锁式缝合,但在提高侧压刚强度上和锁式缝合相差不大. Experiments on three kinds of composite foam core sandwich structures under edgewise compression and core shear were presented in this paper.Unstitched foam、lock-stitched foam and tufting stitched foam sandwich structures were produced using the same face material in order to study the stitch methods how to influence the mechanical property and failure modes.The experimental results showed the significant increasing in the strength and modulus of edgewise compression and core shear of the stitched foam sandwich structures.Different stitch methods caused different change of the strength and modulus of stitched structures.Tufting stitch had better ability than lock-stitch in the increasing in the shear strength and modulus but had the same ability as the lock-stitch in the edgewise compression.The results could be used in structural design and theoretical analysis.
