摘要
为了解决电力生产管理信息化过程中存在的问题,文章通过对电力生产管理系统的介绍与分析,提出了建立在功能上完全独立于生产管理系统,但其决策行为又依赖于生产管理系统采集数据的电力生产业务分析与评价体系。充分利用生产管理系统这一有效工具,借助信息化的手段,建立管控思路,进一步构建电力生产业务综合分析与评价体系,解决生产管理系统深层次应用的问题,最终实现针对电力生产业务的辅助决策。
In order to solve the existing problems in the informationalization process of power production management, this article introduces and analyzes the Power Production Management System （PMS）, and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of constructing an analysis and evaluation system for power production business. The analysis and evaluation system is functionally independent of PMS, but relies on the PMS for data acquisition to make decisions. It takes full advantages of PMS and information technologies to enhance the management and control of the power production. As a result it solves the problems in deepening application of PMS and realizes the assistant decision-making for power production business.
