摘要
以110kV数字化变电站设计为例,分析了数字化变电站以及数字化变电站具有的特征,着重从二次设计角度分析如何构建数字化变电站的基于IEC 61850的三层网络结构体系。对比常规变电站,从一次、二次设备、网络等方面的变化分析了数字化变电站二次设计特点,对数字化变电站二次设计提出了一些注意事项及要求,可供有关工程技术设计人员参考,具有一定的指导意义。
With the development of the smart grid, the digital substation as a smart grid node is playing a more important role increasingly. This article takes the design of the 110 kV digital substation as an example, and analyzes the concept and features of the digital substation. The methods to construct digital substations based on IEC61850 three-layer network structure are explained from the perspective of secondary design. Comparing with normal substations, the changes of the primary equipments, seeondary equipments and networks in the secondary design of digital substations are analyzed, and some notices and requirements for the secondary design of digital substations are proposed for the reference of relevant engineering designers.
